Shipping policy

Express dispatch.

 

Flat rate shipping $7.50 Nationwide (urban and rural). 

 

All goods are sent and tracked with NZ Post.

Followed by an email to the customer with tracking details.

1 - 2 day delivery for urban customers.

Rural customers, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

No delivery on weekends or public holidays.  If a product is purchased on a Friday before 8 am, delivery will be scheduled for Monday. If a product is purchased after 8 am Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday with scheduled delivery on Tuesday.

99.9% of shipments arrive on time, we have no control over unforeseen circumstances out of our control once the product has left our premises. Please contact us if you have any questions about the tracking of your item.

We do ship to PO Boxes.
